Course Requirements

1. Academic Requirements:

   • Completion of Australian Year 12 or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

   • Ensure that you meet the prerequisite subjects, such as Mathematics and English, which may be required depending on the institution.

2. English Language Proficiency:

   • For non-native English speakers, proof of English proficiency is required.

     • IELTS: A minimum overall score of 6.5 with no band score less than 6.0.

     • PTE or equivalent scores are also accepted.

   • The English test result must be valid within 2 years at the time of your visa application.

3. Exemptions for English Language Proficiency:

   • You do not need to submit English language evidence if:

     • You are a citizen and hold a passport from UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or the Republic of Ireland.

     • You are enrolled in a principal course of study that is either:

       • A registered school course,

       • A standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS),

       • A course registered to be delivered in a language other than English, or

       • A post-graduate research course.

     • You have completed at least 5 years of study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland.

4. Additional Language Testing Options:

   • Some institutions offer an in-house English Placement Test which can be taken as an alternative to IELTS, PTE, or other recognized tests to meet the English entry requirements.
