    • Grade Point Average (GPA): A minimum GPA of 4.00 or its equivalent is typically required for admission.

  2. English Language Proficiency:

    • IELTS: An overall score of 6.5, with no band score less than 6.0, is required.

    • PTE: An equivalent score may also be accepted (often similar requirements to IELTS).

    • Test Validity: The English language test result must be valid within 2 years at the time of the visa application.

    • In-house English Placement Test: Some institutions offer their own English language tests for applicants, which can be an alternative to standardized tests like IELTS or PTE.

  3. Exemptions may apply under the following circumstances:

    • Citizenship: If you are a citizen and hold a passport from the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or the Republic of Ireland, you may be exempt from English proficiency requirements.

    • Course Enrollment: Exemption may apply if you are enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS), a course delivered in a language other than English, or a registered postgraduate research course.

    • 5 Years of Study in English: If you have completed at least 5 years of study in English in Australia, the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland, you may be exempt from demonstrating English proficiency.
